adventure started

Is a family business that offers fresh, high-quality Mexican delicatessen. It was founded in 2013 by Mario Lugo Mancilla and Maria Elena Uribe Purga, a Mexican couple that decided to create their own business after being in Canada for several years.
The idea to start Super Churros came from the desire to find a fresh ‘Churro’ that could have a closer flavor to the one we enjoyed in Mexico. After visiting several restaurants searching for that unique flavour and being unsatisfied with the results, Mario and Maria Elena decided to create their own ‘churros’, ensuring they have the freshness, texture and ideal taste.
Super Churros started with one product that satisfied the exquisite taste of this Mexican couple who love the Mexican delicatessen or ‘antojitos’. The business grew up with new products on the menu. Mexican Chocolate, Corn, ‘Tamales’ and ‘Esquites’ are offered along with the traditional ‘Cburro’, the sales-leading product.
Even though the founders of Super Churros are Mario and Maria Elena, this is a family business that their three kids operate and has regular full and part-time employees.
